From the chef:

"I learned from my grandfather that anything is possible when people come together to share a meal: from talking about how we feel to celebrating a marriage, shared meal time is a special space where we can come up with great ideas because of who we share that space with. Basically, my grandfather taught me a lot about what it means to create a space for that type of human connection."

And so, Mr. Koo's Kitchen was born:

a place for good food and community, and a place to make your great things happen.

"Our decor is inspired by the lagoon of New Caledonia, where I spent my youth. I hope it feels as much like home to you as it does me."
